My only advice for parents of sweet, sleeping newborn baby boys...enjoy it while it lasts, because someday they'll be big and loud and never this peaceful again. This little guy was so precious, he just slept right through all the jostling and picture-taking.

Lightning is almost as hard to photograph as a rambunctious toddler. We had quite a light show tonight, not something that happens around here very often and certainly not in June, so I was pretty excited to capture a small bolt before the thunderstorm was over.
